Khorasan Powder Metallurgy Company was established in 1992 and since then it has had extensive activities in the field of producing various metallurgical products.
– Design and construction of laboratory vertical gas atomization (1994)
– Design and construction of a horizontal gas atomizing line for the production of copper and tin powders (1995)
– Design and construction of a vertical gas atomizing industrial production line for the production of aluminum powder (1998)
– Designing a water atomizing line for the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metal powder (2008)
– Installation and commissioning of aluminum flake powder production line by dry ball milling method
– Installation and operation of the spherical aluminum powder production line by vacuum gas atomization method
– Installation and commissioning of aluminum paste production line by wet ball milling method
The production capacities of the company are currently as follows:
– Production capacity of copper powder and its alloys by gas atomization method at the rate of 300 tons per year
– Production capacity of copper powder and its alloys by water atomization method at the rate of 500 tons per year
– The capacity to produce aluminum powder by air atomization at the rate of 1000 tons per year
– Production capacity of spherical aluminum powder by vacuum gas atomization method at the rate of 2000 tons per year
– The production capacity of aluminum flake powder by dry ball milling method is 500 tons per year
– The production capacity of alloy steel powders (15% ferrosilis, 45% ferrosilis, etc.) by water and gas atomizing method in the amount of 4500 tons per year
